Start with your BER documents
The BER Advisory Report is required: it contains the assessor’s recommended upgrade package. The optional BER Certificate provides supporting current-energy information but is not enough on its own. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 20 MB per file. Text PDFs: up to 40 pages. Scanned PDFs: up to 8 pages. Photos: up to 32 megapixels. HEIC is not supported.
Images are read automatically when added. Add all pages of your report in any order. To switch from images to a PDF, remove the images first.
Required: provides the assessor’s recommended upgrade package.
Optional: can help confirm your current BER and home information, improving the completeness of your planning estimate. The Advisory Report is still required.
