Costs are not quotations

Cost ranges are market estimates and planning assumptions, not contractor quotations or guaranteed prices. Actual costs can vary because of property condition, location, access, specification, design, contractor availability and work discovered after a project begins. User inputs are not independently verified.

Grant figures are potential amounts only

Potential grant figures and eligibility information are based on published information available to DanannIQ and the information you provide. Grant values are potential amounts only. Final eligibility can depend on information the calculator does not collect, including exact build and occupancy evidence, technical assessment outcomes, contractor compliance details and final SEAI approval.

DanannIQ is an independent planning service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of SEAI. DanannIQ cannot approve a grant or make an official eligibility decision.

No professional assessment

DanannIQ does not perform building surveys, BER assessments, heat-loss assessments, structural assessments or regulatory or planning determinations. A calculator result does not confirm that work is suitable, safe, compliant or financially appropriate for your home.

BER document extraction and photo/scanned-document OCR can make mistakes. Review detected details against your documents before relying on the plan. Your Advisory Report and BER assessor remain the source of upgrade recommendations; DanannIQ does not provide a new BER assessment.
